Our Methodology

The methodology is designed to standardize the delivery of all project services to our client sites, although each project is developed to suit your organization specific requirements. Before any project is started there are thorough planning sessions to fully define the project deliverables and establish sign off agreement to a set of stated project objectives.

A complete Eclipse methodology includes these three phases:

  • Pre Implementation Analysis Phase
  • Software Implementation Phase
  • Post Implementation Phase

Each phase consists of a series of steps designed to ensure that the project can be executed, tracked and managed efficiently and accurately.
